Cuisine

Our cuisine stands out mainly for the quality of its ingredients
and the love put into all the processes and elaborations
Fresh local seafood includes snow crab, the classic winter delicacy of the Hokuriku region,
as well as abalone nurtured in the nutrient-rich Sea of Japan.
Locally sourced dishes, including mountain delicacies such as Noto beef and Sakaami duck, are all served in Kutani ware, thus come with a vision.
